This house was absolutely amazing! It is perfectly located right off the mountain, it is spacious, and with the hot tub, games upstairs, and such a great vibe - we were all excited after a day of skiing to go back to the house and just relax with friends. Lucia was also a wonderful and communicative host! We will most certainly be staying there again next winter with our family for a fun ski weekend!

Lucia’s home at South Peak completely exceeded every expectation and delivered one of the most memorable weekends our family has ever had. We arrived as a multigenerational crew — my husband and I, our two young daughters (ages 7 and 8), and our beloved cousins. Five bedrooms, five very happy groups of people, and zero compromises. The space worked beautifully for everyone — plenty of room to spread out, but the open layout kept us together when we wanted to be. The chef’s kitchen is a dream! We cooked big family meals together and it became the heart of the house — exactly what you want on a ski trip. The game room kept the kids entertained, and after a full day on the slopes, piling into the outdoor hot tub under the stars was magic. Given our little ones are newer to skiing we utilized the
shuttle to the mountain, which was seamless and so convenient!
Lucia, our host was outstanding.
This is the kind of home you talk about long after the trip is over!

came up from florida, skied at loon for years now and stayed at many locations, this was by FAR the best house, accommodations and stay we have ever had. The house was a great space that we all (10) could enjoy and not be in top of each other Hot Tub, games, TV’s kitchen, ski to the house and private shuttle just made us all have a great time.

We are so grateful at our time at Lucia's Lincoln Airbnb! We had a blast, the space is so clean, big & full of things to do like the game room and hot tub! It being so close to Loon mountain & Downtown Lincoln is AMAZING! Highly recommend

I cannot describe enough how beautiful this home is. It's beyond gorgeous, and each and every design element, fitting/fixture, furniture detail is top quality, thoughtful and detailed. We were a group of 8 adults and loved our time here. Given it was in the middle of a winter storm, we stayed indoors quite a bit and enjoyed the many rooms in the home and the amenities within the home. I'm sure the place would be a different extreme of gorgeous during the summer season, with the water body across the road. Lucia and her team were extremely responsive, offering local suggestions, helping out when we needed additional home supplies (despite it being Christmas day), and so pleasant to interact with. This home is perfect for a big group - there's plenty of space for the group to spend time together as well as not being in each other's way. We'd love to come back in another season to enjoy Cape Cod and the home again.

We had the most wonderful stay at Tito’s and Water! This home is beautiful and spacious. It was spotless and well taken care of. The location was perfect for our families, which included four children. The water view was amazing and extra stunning with the morning sunrises. Lucia, our host, was incredibly quick to respond to any of our questions and concerns. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

This was a perfect place to stay in downtown Chatham. Close to shopping and dining. The pizza and salad from Carmines downstairs was amazing!
The town had New Years fireworks which could be seen from the balcony. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the rooftop patio but during the summer it would be amazing for grilling and hanging out.
The kitchen was well equipped and had coffee and seasonings.
The beds were all comfortable and had down comforters which were much needed for our winter stay.
Overall 10/10!

We stayed for a week over Christmas. Place was clean and warm when we arrived . Kitchen had all the cooking utensils to cook family dinners . House was spacious for a family of 6 adults. It snowed during our stay and it was very peaceful and beautiful . Despite of cold weather we explored lites of walks , towns and beaches . For us it was a perfect family Christmas as we came together from London , Switzerland and Boston. Games room in the basement and board games were good fun . Overall very relaxing and enjoyable week

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Lucia was an amazing host. She was very attentive and great at responding any questions we had. My family and I had a wonderful time in her beautiful home. It was well equipped with all the essentials and truly felt like a home for us. I highly recommend this home for families. We will definitely be returning.

This was a beautiful property and a no brainer for a return visit. The bathrooms were stocked with so many travel amenities (razor, toothbrushes, toothpaste, sunblock, etc), better than any hotel. The linens were immaculate and luxurious. The house was spotless. The kitchen was AMAZING!!! The most well appointed kitchen we have ever had the pleasure of cooking in for an AIRBNB.
Lucia was responsive, attentive and friendly. Can't say enough about this property, host and overall experience. 5 diamond stars!!
