The home is also a convenient base for exploring the Lower Cape, with Chatham, Orleans, Harwich, and Brewster all easily accessible. ☆☆ HOUSE RULES ☆☆ - No events or parties. - No more than 10 guests allowed at the home. - No pets. - No smoking. - Quiet hours: 10pm–8am - No food or drink other than water in the living areas or bedrooms. - The fireplace is not available for guest use. - Garage is off limits for parking. - This is a private family home, please be respectful. To help us maintain a safe and respectful environment for our home and neighbors, the details shared about your stay — including guest count, who you are traveling with, and the purpose of your trip — must accurately reflect your reservation. Exterior security cameras are in use to verify arrivals and occupancy.
