☆☆ HOUSE RULES ☆☆ - No pets. - No events or parties. - No more than 12 guests allowed at the home. - No bachelor/bachelorette parties. - No smoking. - Please respect quiet hours from 10pm-8am and the surrounding residential neighborhood. - This is a private family home; please treat it with care and respect. - The pool cover MUST be closed at all times when the pool is not actively supervised by an adult, is not in use, or guests are out of sight of the pool. - No glass outside. Use melamine dishes/cups in the cabinet above the microwave. - No music or excessive noise on patio or pool area after 10pm. - Pool Heat / Pentair App: Download the Pentair Pool app before arrival. Pool heat must be OFF when not in use and after 8:00 PM (pool is on an 8 AM – 8 PM timer. Turn off spa/jets/air blower/deck jets/lights when finished. Set to 75 when not in use, 80 when in use. ☆☆ INFO NEEDED BEFORE BOOKING ☆☆ To help us maintain a safe and respectful environment for our home and neighbors, the details shared about your stay — including guest count, who you are traveling with, and the purpose of your trip — must accurately reflect your reservation. Exterior security cameras are in use to verify arrivals and occupancy. Unauthorized guests or misrepresentation of reservation details may result in cancellation of the reservation and removal from the property. A signed rental agreement is also required before your stay. ☆☆ CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS ☆☆ BEFORE YOU LEAVE: POOL COVER MUST BE CLOSED The pool cover is the most important departure item. - Close the pool cover completely before leaving the property. The pool cover acts as the required safety “fence” in Chatham and is legally required to be closed whenever the pool is not in use. - Turn pool heat OFF. Pool heat must be off whenever the pool is not in use and after 8:00 PM. - Confirm the spa, jets, air blower, deck jets, and pool lights are OFF in the Pentair Pool app. Departure Checklist - Please leave the property in much the condition you found it — tidy, with furniture returned to its original placement and no food or trash left on floors or in bedrooms. - Bag ALL trash and place it in the cans behind the shed. - Empty the refrigerator and freezer of all food and personal items. - Load dishes and start the dishwasher. - Close the pool cover fully. Never leave the pool uncovered when departing. - Turn pool heat OFF and confirm the spa, jets, air blower, deck jets, and lights are OFF in the Pentair Pool app. - Turn the grill fully OFF and clean it if used. - Turn the fire pit/fireplace gas key fully OFF. - Cover the outdoor couch/sectional. - Lower all umbrellas. - Close the pool house door. - Return pool toys to the pool house. - Return games, beach chairs, and toys to the front corner of the garage. - Make sure all windows are closed, lights and appliances are off, and doors are locked. - Please leave the house clean and tidy. Damage / Service Items For damage insurance to take effect, we must be notified of any damage to the property BEFORE your departure. Please also let us know about anything that needs attention before the next guest arrives, such as electronics acting up, exterior lights being out, pool or patio issues, broken items, or anything else that would improve the next stay.

By Bike: Biking is a great way to explore the Chatham area, particularly during the warmer months. The Old Colony Rail Trail provides a scenic route through the area. Downtown Chatham: Approximately 6–8 minutes by car, with Main Street shops, restaurants, cafés, galleries, and local attractions. Stage Harbor: Approximately 4 minutes by car, with easy access to the waterfront and surrounding coastal areas. Oyster Pond: Approximately 4 minutes by car, with the nearby Oyster Pond Beach and waterfront access. Chatham Lighthouse: Approximately 8 minutes by car. Chatham Fish Pier: Approximately 7 minutes by car, where guests can enjoy the working waterfront and public viewing areas. Beaches: Several Chatham beaches are within approximately 5–10 minutes by car, depending on the beach and summer traffic. Parking: Chatham can become busy during the summer, particularly around downtown and popular beaches. We recommend allowing additional travel time during peak hours.
