This was a beautiful property and a no brainer for a return visit. The bathrooms were stocked with so many travel amenities (razor, toothbrushes, toothpaste, sunblock, etc), better than any hotel. The linens were immaculate and luxurious. The house was spotless. The kitchen was AMAZING!!! The most well appointed kitchen we have ever had the pleasure of cooking in for an AIRBNB. Lucia was responsive, attentive and friendly. Can't say enough about this property, host and overall experience. 5 diamond stars!!

A really great property and Lucia was very helpful and communicative. The main house was like stepping back in cape history but modern appliances and comfortable. The barn has a lot of space to hang out, ping pong table, games and great place to watch the game or a movie. The yard is really well landscaped and makes you feel like you are on a small estate. All in all a 5 out of 5.

This was maybe one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with an Airbnb rental. Host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and provided a very impressive welcome packet. The place was pristine, large, and had very nice features throughout like high-end decor and crown molding. We were stuck inside for a couple days due to a coastal storm and it was the perfect place to hide in. With everything in walking distance (Chatham Bars Inn, The Squire, and more)…you can’t go wrong!

Beautiful, spacious, clean house with great amenities, awesome neighborhood and very convenient location. Lucia was a fabulous host and very responsive. I'd highly recommend to friends and family and would love to stay here again!

This Airbnb is beautiful, spacious and in a great location in downtown Chatham. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Lucia was very responsive and proactive with communicating check in and check out instructions. We will definitely be back!

This place was the perfect place for a vacation with my adult siblings. Instructions were wonderful and easy to follow. The house had great amenities- they really thought of everything with beach towels and beach chairs available for guests. The fire pit in the backyard was perfect for after dinner hanging out.

My husband, friends and I really enjoyed our stay. Just a quick weekend trip for a wedding, but it was the perfect accommodations for us and Lucia was a wonderful host. Would definitely come back!

Extended family stayed together for a week after a family wedding. Accommodations were great for us because we could spread out with ease and not feel crowded. Lucia was always responded quickly to my inquiries with helpful answers.

My family and I just enjoyed a wonderful stay at Lucia’s property. The house is spacious, clean, and stocked with everything a family might need. In fact, we were really impressed with all the baby gear and kids’ toys available. The yard is large and private and the location is convenient to town and a pretty little beach area just around the corner. We fully intend to return next summer!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. It met all our expectations and more. Very clean, very well supplied with all necessary little things that you usually forget going on vacation. This place has all the amenities that you can think of and some. Definitely going to check availability next time we would plan to come back to Chatham. Thank you to the host and everyone who was part of making this place so comfortable and inviting to the visitors.
