We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. It met all our expectations and more. Very clean, very well supplied with all necessary little things that you usually forget going on vacation. This place has all the amenities that you can think of and some. Definitely going to check availability next time we would plan to come back to Chatham. Thank you to the host and everyone who was part of making this place so comfortable and inviting to the visitors.

We had a great visit on the cape at Lucia's listing. Very private setting , well appointed, comfortable home. Has all the nice touches including great outdoor space. Good location. To quicky bounce around south cape cod.

My friends and I had an awesome stay at Lucia's Airbnb! I knew we were going to have a good experience well before our check in due to Lucia's responsiveness and accomodating nature. Lucia was flexible with us checking in a bit earlier than scheduled after our long drive to the Cape and offered an easy going check out that didn't leave me feeling stressed out. Aside from having great host we also had a great experience with the house and location. The house was exactly how it was advertized, spotless upon arrival and is tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood thats right around the corner from a cozy beach. I highly recommend choosing this Airbnb and I will not hesitate to book it again in the future if I plan on vacationing in the Cape.

What a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, pristine and we all felt at home immediately. We had everything we needed to celebrate a special family milestone weekend! Plenty of space for everyone and the kids loved all of the games and toys! Lucia was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely stay again in the future!

The property was exactly as described! The kitchen was extremely usable and well stocked with all the things we needed to cook. The BBQ was in excellent working order and we used it a couple times. The bathrooms had plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and the oversized beds, pillows, and sheets were amazingly comfortable. The TV’s in each room were a nice touch and we even played some of the games in the TV room. The washer and dryer definitely came in handy and the laundry pods and dryer sheets were on hand as stated in the listing. Convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, ice cream, and shopping. All in all, Lucia did a very nice job with this Mashpee property. She’s extremely communicative and responsive and the property was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation home for the week we were in town. P.S if you’re coming into the area to fish, the boat launch at Falmouth is just a quick 15-20 mins away.

Great house, plenty of areas for everyone to have their own space. college boys loved the games in he house when it was chilly, and also enjoyed outdoors, while parents had plenty of space and peace and quiet when needed. Dinner and watching sports on TV together was also easy, as space is really great. Lucia is as solid of a communicator as any host we've had, she was terrific and helpful. Of course, the Cape and Chatham is a terrific area to visit. Would definitely rent this house again and anything Lucia has.

This is a great find for the Cape! The house is gorgeous, comfortable, very clean and very well stocked. Beautiful fenced in yard on a quiet street and close to the sites of Chatham. Lucia was very responsive and accommodating for our group. Would highly recommend staying here.

Lucia was a great host. Their place in Mashpee is the perfect location to all things fun on the cape. You’re central to Mashpee commons, minutes away from downtown Falmouth and the Island Queen ferry to visit Martha’s Vineyard. The house is private, beautifully finished, and safe. Lucia was a responsible, proactive and friendly host - would definitely stay again and recommend them!

Beautiful condo + fabulous location!! Close to everything on Main Street. Lucia was an amazing host! She provided everything you needed away from home. We felt very safe with the location. It was cozy and comfortable, everything was nicely updated. Decorated beautifully! She was so kind to provide numerous recommendations & suggestions on her favorite restaurants, which were Fabulous!! I would recommend bringing a sound machine for those who like to block out a little noise since one of the rooms is above the hair salon. It was not super loud, but they do open early on the weekdays so having a little bit of white noise was helpful. We can’t wait to come back!! :)
